Dr Stephen Lee is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with at the Royal Women’s Hospital and Frances Perry House, in Parkville, Melbourne.  At the Royal Women’s Hospital, he is in charge of the Acute Gynaecology Service, which handles all acute gynaecological emergencies. He is also an integral part of both the Gynaecology 1 Unit, which specialises in abnormal menstrual bleeding, and the Gynaecology 2 Unit, which specialises in the area of endometriosis and gynaecological pain. He operates as a gynaecologist at Frances Perry House.

Stephen graduated from University of Melbourne in 2002 and subsequently undertook Obstetrics and Gynaecology training through Monash Medical Centre.  He went on to complete an Advanced Laparoscopy Fellowship at the Royal Women’s Hospital.  He is a Fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a member of the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society.

Stephen is known for his warm demeanour, thorough clinical assessments and surgical skills.  He is interested in all areas of gynaecology and obstetrics, with a particular interest in the treatment of endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and pelvic pain.

Stephen has been accepting private patients at the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Consulting Group from September 2018.
