Providing Feedback

At Frances Perry House we welcome your feedback. If you would like to provide us with any type of feedback there are several ways in which you can do so.

Feedback cards are available at Reception and also at the Nurses Station on each ward.

You may wish to discuss your comments with the Nursing Unit Manager or the Director of Clinical Services and out of business hours you can request to speak to the After Hours Coordinator.
