Dr Lauren DeLuca

Dr Lauren De Luca is committed to providing safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care for all women. She works closely with both medical and midwifery colleagues to ensure a truly collaborative approach to care. Her patients value her kindness, excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusting relationships. Lauren has previously held prominent leadership positions. In her roles as Medical Director of Birth Centre (Royal Women’s Hospital) and Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Western Health), she was instrumental in ensuring both safety and patient experience were prioritised. Lauren continues to work as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Royal Women’s Hospital, where she takes great pleasure in teaching and mentoring junior medical staff.
