Charlotte provides inclusive gynaecological care to all people, respecting diverse backgrounds and needs.
As well as offering general gynaecology services Charlotte can offer advanced key-hole surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomy (removal of the uterus), myomectomy (removal of fibroids) and surgical treatment of stage 4 (severe) endometriosis.
Charlotte appreciates the importance of listening to and understanding each patient’s story and priorities and working with them in a patient-centred approach. She has extensive experience in working with patients with pelvic pain and understands the need to provide compassionate and holistic care. She works with a multidisciplinary pelvic pain service including a pain specialist, pelvic floor physiotherapist and pain psychologist to complement her expert gynaecological management. Charlotte prides herself on excellent communication with patients, their families and their healthcare teams.
Charlotte holds Consultant Gynaecologist positions at both the Royal Women’s Hospital and the Mercy Hospital for Women in their 2 endoscopic gynaecology teams: Endometriosis/Pelvic Pain and Fibroids/Menstrual Disorders, as well as in the Acute Gynaecology Unit at the Royal Women’s Hospital. She is a Senior Clinical Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne and continues to run and partake in several clinical research trials in pelvic pain, endometriosis and minimally invasive surgery and enjoys her role of researcher and teacher as well as clinician. Working across these tertiary hospitals and the University, Charlotte offers balanced and up to date gynaecological care.
Charlotte is excited to have joined the Women’s Obstetric and Gynaecology Specialists (WOGS) Group in 2025 and consults on site at level 2, Frances Perry House.
