Dr Felicity Gould is a practicing Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has subspecialised in Urogynaecology and Female Pelvic Floor Reconstruction. Felicity has undertaken three years of accredited subspecialist Urogynaecology training following completion of O&G training. Felicity trained in the busy units at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne and Addenbrooke’s Cambridge University Hospital UK. She acquired skills in advanced laparoscopic pelvic floor reconstruction and the management of complex and recurrent pelvic floor disorders.
Felicity consults at Frances Perry House Parkville, St Kilda East and Malvern. She has admitting rights to Frances Perry House and Epworth Freemasons East Melbourne. In addition to her private work, Felicity has an appointment as a Consultant in the Urogynaecology Department at the Women’s where she has a weekly operating list. She is a passionate teacher of the junior staff and has a number of ongoing research projects.
Felicity believes in a comprehensive and patient centred approach to the care of women that encompasses all facets including; patient education, preventive care, conservative management and surgery. Felicity collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team of pelvic floor experts to ensure each woman receives optimal advice and individualised care.
